Theory Society: Sushi Lab

Join us for the inaugural Theory Society event: a hands-on, flavor-forward sushi workshop with local personal chef Ririka Evans. This guided experience explores the fundamentals of sushi-making—where technique meets taste, and precision becomes pleasure.

You’ll make:
—Two classic maki rolls
—One temaki (hand roll)
—Traditional nigiri

Each ticket includes a glass of wine, a professional-grade rolling mat to take home, and mochi for dessert to close the evening.
