Wine Dinner at JoJo’s

Grab a seat and join Simple Theory on October 1st for our first wine dinner away from the Lounge — at JoJo’s. Their back room becomes the setting for an exclusive five-course dinner, each course paired with a Simple Theory wine to elevate every bite.

Think crispy prosciutto and aged cheddar to start, jumbo grilled sea scallops with spicy bacon jam, and shrimp scampi with crostini — followed by your choice of chicken francese, Old Bay blackened salmon, or truffle butter steak. End the evening with a quintessential Baltimore egg custard snowball.

We’ll be there all night to guide each bite and pour, bringing the best of the Lounge across the street.

Back room opens at 5pm, dinner runs 6–8pm. $60pp.
