Aromatics of ripe, lush orchard fruits lead to a palate with notes of honeydew melon, lemon and almond with a hint of caramel from the oak. Palate impressions repeat on the finish with a lasting, toastikoak note.

BLANC DE BLANC 2023
Aromatics of green apple and lemon curd are reflective of the just-ripened fruit picked at high acidity to create this lovely wine. The creamy citrus palate is rounded out by a touch of toastiness from the yeast. The wine finishes very clean and crisp.
