A Year in Theory

Finish your evening with us as we mark A Year in Theory – our first anniversary and a celebration of everything we’ve learned, poured, and discovered along the way.

Join us in the Lounge for a relaxed, late-night affair featuring a welcome glass of bubbly and an indulgent dessert and cheese experience designed to complement your favorite Simple Theory wines. From rich chocolates to aged goudas and a tiered “cake” of cheese at the center of it all, each bite is crafted to balance sweetness, structure, and a little surprise – much like the wines themselves.

This intimate evening is reserved first for our club members and Lounge guests whose support helped shape our first year. If space allows, we’ll open additional tickets to the public at a later date.
