Step into a piece of the cellar with winemakers Ray Mitcham and Melissa Aellen for a one-of-a-kind tasting experience. You’ll sample five 2023 Barbera wines, each pulled fresh from a different barrel to showcase how coopers, toast levels, and oak types shape the final wine. This is your chance to explore the art (and science) of aging, side by side with the people crafting it.
