We’re opening the gates to our new vineyard site for the very first time, and you’re invited to explore it with us. Stroll through the rows as the evening unfolds, stopping at five hors d’oeuvre breaks along the way. Each stop pairs one of our estate-grown wines with its origin—freshly harvested grapes or just-pressed juice—alongside a thoughtfully crafted bite, designed to highlight the flavors in your glass and the character of the land around you.
Along the path, Parker will share insights into the vineyard—how we’re managing the young vines, the choices we’re making for the future, and why this site matters to the wines you’ll enjoy in the years ahead.
It’s part tasting, part tour, part celebration of what’s to come—and the perfect way to experience Simple Theory wines this fall.
