My Dad’s Chips has come a long way from the kitchen of founder Gary Edell. What began in 2009 as homemade, homestyle potato chips quickly became a must-have at family gatherings and among friends. When Gary’s kids headed off to college, care packages filled with those same chips went with them, sparking one familiar question: “Where did you get these?” The answer was always the same—“They’re my dad’s chips!” And the rest is history.
