Join us for Locavore Night at Simple Theory Wine Co. as we celebrate local flavor with our friends at Pretzel & Pizza Creations. Born right here in Frederick, Pretzel & Pizza Creations has built their story around one simple philosophy: “It all starts with the dough.” Their traditional Bavarian-style soft pretzels are handcrafted from a closely guarded, house-blended flour recipe — and you can taste the difference in every bite.

For this special evening, we’re featuring warm, house-made pretzel bites perfectly paired with four of our estate-grown Simple Theory wines. Each pairing is thoughtfully selected to highlight the savory, golden crust and soft, chewy center of these Frederick favorites.
