Wine 201 Series: Decoding the Wine Label
At Simple Theory, our dedication to the art and science of winemaking is what makes us different. We believe that knowledge is power – the more we understand, the deeper we can appreciate. This August, third-generation winemaker Melissa Aellen and the Simple Theory team are proud to launch our very first Wine 201 Series – a space where guests are invited to deepen their knowledge of all things wine in an intimate atmosphere with like-minded oenophiles.
This series is geared towards guests who have either participated in our Wine 101 series, or guests with an intermediate knowledge of wine.
Tuition is $65 for all three sessions or $25 per drop-in. 21+ only. Check out the full line-up of topics below:
